Obituary of Carmen Thivierge

It is with broken hearts that the family announce that on May 21st with family by her side, Carmen left the the arms of her loving family and returned to the arms of her beloved son Laurin (2002) and husband Albert (2021) whom she missed so much.  Predeceased by her parents Edouard and Beatrice Labonte and her sister Claudette Kramer.

She leaves behind the sunshine of her life her daughter Simone Stronach (Jason).  Her pride and joy, her 3 grandsons Jean-Claude (Annie) Thivierge Rene Thivierge and Robert Stronach, her 2 great grandsons Maverick and Jean Jacques.Her nephews Rob Gilmore, Denis Labonte and niece Nancy Kramer, her much loved daughter-in-law Sandi Huk (Steve) her brother-in-law Jim Kramer and sister-in-law Angeline Thivierge.  She will be sadly missed by her dear friends and travelling companions Bob & Sandy Sheehan and Ed & Ann Rock, also her dear friends  Donna Robertson and Lisa Kadet and many family and friends.

Cremation has taken place and a funeral mass will be held at Notre-Dame du Perpetuele-Secours Hamilton,Ontario on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at 11:00AM.

In lieu of flowers the family asks to make a donation to the heart & stroke foundation.
