Like so many, I was very shocked and saddened to hear of Jeff’s passing. My heart aches for his sweet mom and his sibling, nieces and nephew. How blessed you are though knowing without a doubt that Jeff has just started his forever life with his Lord and Saviour. I am thinking there was a really special reunion and lots of hugging going on as Jeff saw his Heavenly Father first and then his earthly father Dave. It’s a beautiful thought. (Dave must have a kazillion stories to share with Jeff by now) lol . Bless you all as you mourn your loss, but in the midst of it all, hold tight to your blessed hope. God bless. Leanne.

Karen, Trevor, Christa, Kim - I am so sorry for your loss. Jeff, I will always remember your lively rendition of "Up from the Grave" on Easter Sunday mornings, your lectures on the virtues of fibreglass canoes over wooden ones, early years at church and youth group, later years of countless conversation, beers, cigarettes, and sing-a-longs. You were a great friend, and I am proud to have known you for 40ish years. You will be missed.

I was grateful to have called Jeff a friend and get to know him. Jeff was always up for a chat and hanging out. We had many fires, wing nights and family dinners. Jeff was a great friend and was always willing to lend a hand. You will be missed Buddy.

There are moments when I wonder why God took you so early? And the only answer I have is He needed genuine soul like yours around him. He needs to see an amazing quirky smile and maybe have a decent conversation and He picked you. You will never be forgotten my sweet angel.

It is a sad day indeed, ol pal.
All the great times we’ve had over the years. The wing nights. The house visits. Back yard fires. The deck beers. It’s not going to be the same without you, Jeff.
I’ll miss the Star Wars and Simpsons quotes, the good laughs we had. You were a good person, and a great friend. You will always be Mollys best babysitter(dog sitter)
Friends are forever. You might lose them, but you'll never
forget them.
Till we meet again.
Rest easy, friend.

You were always there. You taught me how to ride a bike, you named me. You were the best big brother, best uncle, best listener, dependable and steady. I'm going to miss our chats, miss your face. Thanks for a lifetime of memories. I'm so glad we took that sibling trip to Italy. I'll cherish it forever! Rest Easy big brother.

Jeff and I were cabin leaders at Hampton Bible Camp in the early 90s. My strongest memory of him is his smile and his laugh. He was always so happy and jovial. He was a good friend and he is missed. The Lord be with you all in your loss, but may you also rejoice in that you will see him again because of Jesus.
