Dear Family Members, Please accept my deepest condolences on the passing of your dear loved one . Losing a loved one can be the most difficult time in a persons life. Are we not truly blessed with the hope our Creator has given us of seeing our loved ones again. His loving comfort from the scriptures brings us much relief and confidence in the blessings of Jehovah's Kingdom. Revelation 21:4 "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” John 5:28,29 "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out" Isaiah 35:5,6 "At that time the eyes of the blind will be opened, And the ears of the deaf will be unstopped. At that time the lame will leap like the deer, And the tongue of the speechless will shout for joy." The thought of spending time with our loved ones again when they will be in perfect health here on earth with us again is very appealing isn't it. Jehovah had these wonderful promises written for us and he tells us why at Romans 15:4 "For all the things that were written beforehand were written for our instruction, so that through our endurance and through the comfort from the Scriptures we might have hope." I hope these scriptures from God's word have brought you some comfort and you will be able to reflect on this wonderful hope when you think of your loved one.

When I read about Ruth's passing it brought back so many memories of the time I had spend with this lovely lady at work. She was one of those people you likes to be around and had the ability to bring out the best in people. One thing that always amazed me about her, for the all the years she work, she never missed a day from work. After she left she would come back in the office a bit to visit or I would run in to her in the Mall. Always a big smile on her face and those eyes would just twinkle. She certainly was a big part of my life and many others who worked with her. Ruth's love for her family was always first and their well being. I am sure she will be still watching over all her loved ones.Rest in Peace Ruth

My sincere condolences to Ruth's family. I had the pleasure of working with Ruth in the claims dept. at Provincial Insurance for 10 years, our working together developed into a friendship that I hold deep in my heart, even after Ruth retired we still kept in touch, I would often stop in to visit her when she lived on Argyle St. while out walking my dog and sit and chat for quite some time and share many laughs about the office days. Over the years Ruth & I always exchanged birthday & Christmas cards which I have kept to this day. Ruth loved here family not a day went by while working with her that she would mentioned Danny & Mark (Georgette, Wilson) the family pets, you meant the world to your mother. Rest in peace my friend. To Danny & Edie: So sorry to hear about Ruth's passing. I worked with Ruth back in the day. She was so gentle and the kindest woman I think I have ever met. I have nothing but respect and warm feelings for such a great lady. Ruth and I would be one of the first to get into the office in the mornings, and we would always sit and chat for a bit before our day started. She loved to tell stories of her dogs, Georgette and Wilson. She talked often of her boys, she thought the world of Edie and of course the two grandsons. I felt like I knew those two kids. It was always so nice to bump into Ruth after she retired. We would always stop and have a long chat and of course there was always a laugh. In fact, even when she was staying at your home for a while, she would always watch out the front window for me and come outside and talk to me while I waited for my bus. Sometimes in sub zero temperatures! I often thought of Ruth and when I would meet up with Edie she was always willing to stop and update me on how Ruth was doing. Rest in peace my friend. The world just lost a wonderful person

I'm sorry to hear of Ruth's passing. I worked with Ruth in the beginning of my insurance career almost 30 years ago. She was always so very nice to me and all the folks that surrounded her. I would often go see Ruth at her desk and sit for a bit to settle my nerves. She had a calming effect on me and was always reassuring. She always spoke of her family. Her office nick name was "Radar" because she did all the lost/stolen vehicle radar detectors, which were legal back-in-the-day, and she could smell a rat a mile away lol. I will always remember Ruth. I can still hear her voice when I see her picture. She was such a great lady. May she rest in peace.Richard
