To all the Stears family, I was very saddened to hear of your loss. Though I did not know Betty well , I do know that she always made our son welcome at your home . I was so sad to hear this news...Betty was a nice friend that I met through a friend of mine an other animal lover...Even if we never met in person...I felt I we had been friends for years...We shared some laughs and some stories...I would have loved to meet her in person..however, that wasn't in the cards ..Betty was a great lady and one that Loved her family and mankind...and Animals...Be kind and loving to each other...RIP Betty and you are out of Pain....

We just adored Betty. She was always smiling and always had a treat for Gordie. She was a wonderful true friend. We thought very highly of her. She taught made sure that we knew she was "going on my great adventure" and never was a person of self pitty - her cup was always full and not empty. We want Karen, Maryann and John and your brother to know how much we loved her. She loved life and lived it to the full. Thankful that you will always have your memories of this beautiful soul.
